To read these documents, you'll need to have some sort of PDF software installed on your computer. You can download Adobe Acrobat viewer free from the Adobe web site.

To read a document now, just click on the appropriate link. To download a document to your computer so you can read it later, right-click on the appropriate link and select "Save Target As..." (exact wording may vary depending on your browser).
